Greg was professional and proactive in the marketing and sale of my property. His experience and knowledge in the industry is extremely evident and the result in the given timeframe really reflects this. I would absolutely recommend Greg Kellick to anyone looking to sell.

Greg was a pleasure to deal with and had an intimate understanding of rural lifestyle properties. His professionalism was evident throughout the marketing process. If he said he would do something, he always did, on time and efficiently. He was clearly committed to getting the best possible price for us, not just selling the property as quickly as possible. He always happily made time to assist whenever we needed his help, even frequently outside normal work hours. Somehow he always managed to make you feel like you were his most important client, even though he had lots of sales on at the same time. We would definitely recommend Greg to other potential vendors and have done so already.

Greg Kellick became known to us one year ago when he cold-called us to ask if we would sell a block of 90 ha at Ohakki. Due to health issues, we decided to sell and Greg proceeded to complete a satisfactory sale n a few months. As a result of this connection, we gave Greg the opportunity to market our farm property, "Titoki" at Rotorua. The 560 ha estate had been listed by several general agents over 2-3 years and had attracted a great deal of enquiry but none of the agents could really understand the special nature of the property, promote it enthusiastically and conclude a sale. It wasn't long before Greg tidied up a very satisfactory sale in a smooth transition. In short, he "got it" and could translate the special nature of Titoki into dollars. Since then we gave Greg a third property, 13 ha of a lifestyle nature out of Rotorua. He has recently sold that satisfactorily too. The thing that has impressed us most is that Greg does not do what so many agents do and that is ask the two questions, "what is the RV?" and "How much do you want for it?" He has the ability to assess the worth of properties and work out his market and his presentation and move forward.

I have known Greg Kellick in his role in rural real estate for about 15 years. I have always found him to be very professional. A positive side to Greg’s work is that he has a good knowledge of farming both on the agri-business side and the practical side. This is an advantage when dealing with farmers like myself. Greg also has a vast network of contacts. This has been evident when marketing our farms at various times. He is also a good team player working well with other agents to ensure the best deal for his client. The respect that Greg commands are apparent in the Taupo rural community and he is a familiar face at sales and field days. This is obviously to keep up with farming trends.

It is my pleasure to submit a reference on behalf of Greg Kellick. By way of background over the last 12 years or so we have been involved in buying dry stock farms and converting them to dairy platforms mainly in the central plateau area. We have also been involved in an 86 lot farm park development and a smaller 35 lot subdivision in Kinloch. For the ongoing buying and selling of both our rural holdings and development blocks, we needed someone to formulate strategies that bought together a range of buyers from all walks of life. Greg has an uncanny ability to stitch together and co-ordinate teams of professionals to progress sales campaigns. Those teams often included lawyers, accountants, planning consultants, advertising representatives from all forms of media including television, marketing consultants and more often than not he would have a sub-team of salespeople brought into the loop so everybody was on the same page and totally conversant with the product they were selling. I have little doubt that it’s Greg’s forthright honest approach while interacting with others that have earned him the utmost respect of even his more senior peers. Greg’s high level of intellect has given him the luxury of a sharp sense of humour which compliments his ability to protect his credibility and integrity.
